FOR A MAINTENANCE FACILITY IN THE CITY OF RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

                    one million six hundred thousand dollars ($1,600,000) to plan, design, construct
          and equip a municipal maintenance headquarters facility in the city of Rio
          Rancho in Sandoval county.
