FOR THE VILLANUEVA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL RESTORATION IN SAN MIGUEL
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    ninety-eight thousand dollars ($98,000) to restore the
          old Villanueva elementary school for use as a community
          and family center in San Miguel county.
