FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE OLD NORTH VALLEY COMMUNITY CENTER
IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:

                    four hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($475,000)
          for repairs, improvements and an addition to the Old
          North Valley community center in Bernalillo county.
