FOR THE CLOVIS EVENTS CENTER IN CURRY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:

                    six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to design and
          construct the Clovis events center in Clovis in Curry
          county.
