FOR COMPUTER SYSTEMS FOR USE BY THE COUNTY OF BERNALILLO.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the county of Bernalillo:
          
                    ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to purchase computers
          and other equipment for the county of Bernalillo to use
          for an organization that provides community-based
          reintegration services for criminal offenders who are
          making a transition back into society.
