                           REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE SUPREME COURT BUILDING IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:
                         
                    to the supreme court building commission:
          
          A.  six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to plan, design and make
improvements at the supreme court building in Santa Fe county to comply with the Americans
with Disabilities Act of 1990; and

          B.  nine hundred thousand dollars ($900,000) for mechanical upgrades at the
supreme court building in Santa Fe county.
