FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE HONDO VALLEY PUBLIC SCHOOLS LOCATED
IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the state department of public education:
          
          A.  seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for the
purchase and installation of equipment for the Hondo valley public
schools in Lincoln county;

          B.  thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) for the
improvement and repair of the septic system and sprinkler system for
                                        - 1 -

the Hondo valley public schools located in Lincoln county; and

          C.  thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to purchase and
install shelves and furniture for the library for the Hondo valley
public schools located in Lincoln county.
