FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN TULAROSA IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the department of environment:
          
          A.  one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for
improvements to the Tularosa wastewater plant in Lincoln county;

          B.  two hundred eighty-seven thousand five hundred
dollars ($287,500) for the improvement of a water line in
Tularosa in Lincoln county; and

          C.  three hundred forty-five thousand dollars
($345,000) for improvements to the water treatment plant in
Tularosa in Lincoln county;

                    to the department of health:

                    three hundred forty-five thousand dollars ($345,000)
          for the plan, design and construction of a medical
          facility in Tularosa in Lincoln county;

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:

          A.  three hundred thirty-five thousand dollars
($335,000) to construct a new police department facility in
Tularosa in Lincoln county; and    


          B.  two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for
the purchase of village yard equipment for Tularosa in Lincoln
county; and

               .    to the state highway and transportation department:

                    three hundred thirty thousand dollars ($330,000) for
          street improvements in Tularosa in Lincoln county.
