FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS, MAIN STREET PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS
AND THE RELOCATION OF THE TOM JONES FIRE STATION IN RUIDOSO IN
LINCOLN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the department of environment:

                    six hundred ninety-five thousand dollars ($695,000) for
          water system improvements in Ruidoso in Lincoln county;

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
                                        - 1 -


          A.  two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for main
street pedestrian improvements in Ruidoso in Lincoln county; and

          B.  two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for the
relocation of the Tom Jones fire station in Ruidoso in Lincoln
county.
