FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN HOUSE DISTRICT 26.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
          A.  eight hundred fifty thousand dollars ($850,000) to
develop, design and construct the Mesa Verde community center,
gymnasium and park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          B.  one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to

complete improvements for the child-care center at Trumbull
community center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

          C.  two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to acquire
and redevelop land in the Trumbull neighborhood of Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county.
