FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN DEMING IN LUNA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
     
          A.  seven hundred twenty-five thousand dollars
($725,000) to improve and enhance downtown streets, parking and
lighting in Deming in Luna county; and

          B.  twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to insulate the
Mimbres museum building in Deming in Luna county.
