FOR THE PENASCO COMMUNITY CENTER IN TAOS COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:

                    fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to complete the
          Penasco community center in Taos county.
