FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS IN LORDSBURG IN HIDALGO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:

          A.  five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for planning,
designing and constructing a new public safety building for the
police and fire departments in Lordsburg in Hidalgo county; and

          B.  thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for the purpose of
purchasing and installing lights for the new baseball field in
                                        - 1 -

Lordsburg in Hidalgo county; and

                    to the state highway and transportation department:

                    five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to repair and
          improve streets in Lordsburg in Hidalgo county.
