FOR A TOURISM DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN CROWNPOINT IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for preliminary land clearances,
          planning, engineering or design for a tourism development project in Crownpoint
          in McKinley county.
