FOR A CLASSROOM AND LABORATORY BUILDING AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN
LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the board of regents of New Mexico state university:
          
                    eleven million seventy-nine thousand dollars ($11,079,000) to construct a
          classroom and laboratory building, which will also house the college of health
          and social services, at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana
          county.
