FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WHITTIER COMMUNITY CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN
BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for making improvements to the
          Whittier community center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
