FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE TOWN OF HAGERMAN IN CHAVES COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the department of environment:
          
                    two hundred twenty-seven thousand dollars ($227,000) to complete a water
          system upgrade in the town of Hagerman in Chaves county; and

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
     
          A.  one hundred fifty-seven thousand dollars ($157,000) to purchase a garbage
truck and dumpsters for the town of Hagerman in Chaves county; and

          B.  fifty-four thousand dollars ($54,000) to build a handicap accessible restroom
and concession facility for the youth baseball field in the town of Hagerman in Chaves county.
