FOR THE NORTH DOMINGO BACA PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
          A.  three hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($325,000) to acquire the land,
design and develop phase one of the North Domingo Baca park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo
county; and

          B.  three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to design and build Vineyard
park, including arroyo construction and road adjustments, in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
