FOR PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO IN
ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico:
          
                    five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to improve paving and lighting at the
          west parking lot of the university arena in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
