FOR MEDIAN IMPROVEMENTS TO RIO BRAVO BOULEVARD IN SOUTHWEST BERNALILLO
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for median improvements to Rio Bravo
          boulevard in southwest Bernalillo county.  This appropriation is contingent upon
          an equal match from Bernalillo county.
