FOR A MULTIPURPOSE COMMUNITY CENTER IN MEDANALES IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    three hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($325,000) complete construction of
          a multipurpose community center in Medanales in Rio Arriba county.
