FOR NORTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE SCHOOL IMPROVEMENTS IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the board of regents of northern New Mexico state school:
                    
          A.  five million two hundred forty thousand dollars ($5,240,000) for flood
control, renovations, major repairs, construction, equipping and furnishing a classroom building
in Espanola in Rio Arriba county; and

          B.  one million two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,250,000) for renovations
and major repairs and for a classroom and laboratory building in El Rito in Rio Arriba county.
