FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT ZUNI PUEBLO IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
          A.  seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design and complete
preliminary surveys for Zuni pueblo head start in McKinley county;

          B.  seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan and design a corrections and
detention facility in Zuni pueblo in McKinley county; and

          C.  seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to renovate the Zuni pueblo teen

health center in McKinley county.
