FOR EXPANSION OF THE EDUCATIONAL TELEVISION SYSTEM AT CLOVIS COMMUNITY
COLLEGE IN CURRY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the governing board of Clovis community college:

                    one million one hundred forty-seven thousand five hundred dollars ($1,147,500)
          for improving, upgrading and expanding the educational television system at
          Clovis community college in Curry county.
