FOR A PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING IN BAYARD IN GRANT COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    six hundred seventy-four thousand one hundred eighty-two dollars ($674,182) to
          construct, furnish and equip a public safety building, including landscaping and
          paving, to house the police department, city hall, municipal judge offices and a
          fire station in Bayard in Grant county.
