APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars | 0018| ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state | 0019| highway and transportation department for expenditure in | 0020| fiscal years 1998 and 1999 for the installation of a critical | 0021| emergency street light in front of La Cueva high school on | 0022| Alameda at Wyoming in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county. | 0023| Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of | 0024| fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund. | 0025| Section 2.
