            43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN SENATE DISTRICT 10 IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

          A.  one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to design and
develop an exhibit, infrastructure and site improvements at the Anderson-Abruzzo international
balloon museum in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; 
          
          B.  four million dollars ($4,000,000) to design and develop a balloon launch field
and multipurpose sports facility at the balloon fiesta park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county:

          C.  five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to design, construct, equip and
furnish improvements at the Alameda and north valley little league fields in Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county; and

          D.  three hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($325,000) to acquire additional
land, design a master plan and develop phase one of the north Domingo Baca park in
Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
