FOR RENOVATIONS AT THE VALENCIA COUNTY JAIL.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    one hundred ninety thousand dollars ($190,000) to plan,
          design or renovate the Valencia county jail to meet
          court-imposed standards.
