TO COMMENCE THE CONSTRUCTION OF WELL, SEWER AND OTHER
INFRASTRUCTURE FOR A HOME FOR THE NEUROLOGICALLY BRAIN DAMAGED IN
BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:

                    four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to commence
          construction of well, sewer and other infrastructure
          for a home for the neurologically brain damaged on ten
<center>- 1 -</center>

          acres off of Karrol Road SW in Bernalillo county.
