TO IMPROVE THE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS IN OTERO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for
          making improvements to the county fairgrounds,
          including re-roofing and expansion of seating and
          canopy coverings of the existing fairgrounds facility
          in Otero county.
