TO ACQUIRE RIGHTS OF WAY AND PLAN, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT A WATER LINE
FROM CAMP ORO GRANDE TO THE COMMUNITY OF ORO GRANDE IN OTERO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the department of environment:
          
                    four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for acquiring
          rights of way and planning, designing and constructing a
          water line from Camp Oro Grande to the community of Oro
          Grande in Otero county.
