FOR A WATER SYSTEM AND SEWER PLANT EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLES FOR THE
COMMUNITY OF RESERVE IN CATRON COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    one hundred forty thousand four hundred dollars
          ($140,400) to purchase water sytem and sewer plant
          equipment and vehicles for the community of Reserve in
          Catron county.
