FOR A MULTIPURPOSE FACILITY IN TOHATCHI IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
     
                    one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) to plan
          and design a multipurpose facility in Tohatchi in
          McKinley county.
