FOR A MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN THE VILLAGE OF PECOS IN SAN MIGUEL
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration

                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to
          design, construct, equip and furnish a municipal
          building in the village of Pecos in San Miguel county.
