TO PLAN AND DESIGN A GEM AND MINERAL EXHIBIT WING AT THE GRANTS
MINING MUSEUM IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    seventy-two thousand dollars ($72,000) to plan and
          design a gem and mineral exhibit wing at the Grants
          mining museum in Cibola county.
