FOR THE PICURIS COMMUNITY CENTER IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to complete
          phase two of a multipurpose community center at Picuris
          pueblo in Taos county.
