FOR A REGIONAL NATURAL GAS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM FOR THE RIO CHAMA VALLEY IN
RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
     
                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct a
          regional natural gas distribution system to serve the Rio Chama valley in Rio
          Arriba county.
