FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CHAPARRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LIBRARY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state department of public education:

                    two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to construct additional library facilities
          at the Chaparral elementary school in Dona Ana county.
