                           REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE JICARILLA APACHE TRIBE IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
          A.  forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) to pave and improve the Dulce library
parking lot in Rio Arriba county;

          B.  one hundred five thousand dollars ($105,000) to construct a mental health
and social services office building in Dulce in Rio Arriba county; and

          C.  fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to develop plans for a juvenile residential
