FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF EUNICE IN LEA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

                    two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to renovate city hall in the city of
          Eunice in Lea county; and
          
                    to the state highway and transportation department:
     
                    four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to make improvements to streets in
          the city of Eunice in Lea county.
