FOR A SPECIAL EVENTS CENTER AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY'S ALAMOGORDO
CAMPUS IN OTERO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the board of regents of New Mexico state university:
          
                    three million five hundred thousand dollars ($3,500,000) for phase two of the
          special events center at New Mexico state university's Alamogordo campus in
          Otero county.
