FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT JOHN ADAMS MIDDLE SCHOOL IN ALBUQUERQUE IN
BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the state department of public education:

          A.  seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to refurbish, renovate and make
necessary improvements to the basketball courts at John Adams middle school on the west side
of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

          B.  forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to remove the lockers and refurbish the
interior wall space of John Adams middle school on the west side of Albuquerque in Bernalillo
