FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT BERNALILLO PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the state department of public education:

          A.  five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to complete phase two at the
Bernalillo public library in Sandoval county; and

          B.  sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) for playground improvements at Carroll
school, including grading, equipment purchasing and installation of an irrigation system, in
Sandoval county.
