                           REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

          A.  two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design or construct the
Loma Colorado municipal park in the city of Rio Rancho in Sandoval county;

          B.  ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) to purchase and equip an ambulance for
the city of Rio Rancho in Sandoval county; and

          C.  one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase resources for the Rio
<center>- 1 -</center>

Rancho public library in Sandoval county.
