FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT THE CHURCH ROCK HEAD START FACILITY IN MCKINLEY
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
          A.  one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for site development, planning or
design of a head start facility at Church Rock in McKinley county;

          B.  forty-two thousand dollars ($42,000) to purchase buses for the head start
program at Church Rock in McKinley county; and

Rock head start program in McKinley county.
