FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE EAST MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY CENTER IN
SAN ANTONITO IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:

                    five hundred fifty-three thousand three hundred dollars
          ($553,300) for stage and auditorium improvements at the
          East Mountain community center in San Antonito in
          Bernalillo county.
