FOR THE REMODELING OF PARKS LOCATED IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:

          A.  twenty-eight thousand dollars ($28,000) for the
remodeling of restrooms and a concession building and the
replacement of bleachers at Mesquite ballpark located in
Bernalillo county; and

          B.  thirty-six thousand dollars ($36,000) for the
construction of new restrooms and the installation of new
bleachers at Berino ballpark located in Bernalillo county.
