TO PURCHASE A FIRE TRUCK FOR ESTANCIA IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:

                    two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to purchase a
          fire truck for Estancia in Torrance county.
