FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR A ROAD PROJECT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
                         
                    two hundred fifty-five thousand dollars ($255,000) for the
          Mesquite colonia access route in Dona Ana county.
