FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT CLYDE W. TOMBAUGH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN LAS
CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state department of public education:

                    seventy-eight thousand six hundred thirty dollars
          ($78,630) for infrastructure and playground
          improvements at Clyde W. Tombaugh elementary school in
          Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
